What this site collects

That is the complete list.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

This site stores nothing on your device. There are no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising, no profiling, no third-party fonts, scripts, embeds, maps, videos or social widgets, and no content delivery network serving assets from anywhere but this domain.

That is why you have not been asked to dismiss a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

Why we may use it, and on what basis

Who else sees it

The site’s hosting and edge provider processes requests on our behalf. The email provider processes correspondence on our behalf. Both are engaged under written processor terms. Where a processor operates outside the United Kingdom, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum.

How long we keep it

Server and edge logs: retained no longer than the provider’s standard retention for security logging. Email correspondence: kept for as long as the matter requires, and thereafter in line with our record-keeping obligations. Correspondence about records is kept for six years, because a decision about somebody’s record must be auditable.

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form where that applies. Write to dts@datatorturingsolutions.co.uk. We answer within one calendar month.
