Structured datasets from the UK public record — published, licensed, and answerable in both directions.

What is available

We build structured datasets and APIs over UK public records — court listings and judgments, and other official registers. They are delivered as an API, a scheduled feed, or a bulk extract, depending on what the licensee needs.

Datasets are described to prospective licensees by domain and by shape: what the coverage is, how often it refreshes, how the records are structured, and how far the history goes. We do not publish a priced catalogue, and we do not publish volume figures.

How the data is sourced

What a licensee gets

A named counterparty. A written licence. Provenance documentation for the datasets in scope. A processor agreement meeting Article 28 of the UK GDPR where personal data is in scope. And notification when an upstream source changes in a way that affects the data you are receiving.

What we will not supply

  • No scraped platform or user-generated content.
  • No special-category data.
  • No personal data outside a documented lawful basis.
  • No synthetic or inferred “records” presented as fact.

These are not caveats on a product. They are the boundary of what the business will build.

Status, stated plainly

Commercial terms are being finalised. From December 2026, subject to incorporation, the contracting entity will be Data Torturing Solutions Ltd; until then the business is carried on by as a sole trader, and the particulars are on Company information.

Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance. No contract is formed with Data Torturing Solutions Ltd before that company exists, and any arrangement entered into before incorporation is agreed in writing, on the express basis that it does not impose personal liability under section 51 of the Companies Act 2006 and will be novated to the company on incorporation.

Evaluating a dataset

Write to dts@datatorturingsolutions.co.uk. Under a mutual non-disclosure agreement we will share samples, coverage, refresh cadence and the source documentation for any dataset you are evaluating.
